I was first introduced to yoga in 1985 when a friend invited me to attend my very first class.
I’d always loved to walk, hike, and ride my bike, and enjoyed being physical. I fell in love with yoga right away. It resonated with me in a deep, holistic way.
In the 25+ years I’ve been practicing, my passion for yoga, especially Iyengar Yoga, has continued to grow. The benefits of my practice have grown exponentially. I feel more grounded and aware than ever, and my body feels more vibrant, strong and healthy. For me, yoga is much more than a physical discipline; it is a path of self-discovery, self-realization, and spiritual growth.
